East London teenager Zoe Smith has been tipped as a future Olympic gold medallist, who can lift the weight of an average man above her head.

But she must combine school work with training as she bids for a place in the team for London 2012.

In its third series, BBC Olympic Dreams meets Zoe and follows her progress in two key international competitions in 2009.
