Throw-in: 1415BST Tyrone boss Mickey Harte confirmed that Peter Canavan will make his comeback when the champions face Donegal in the Ulster SFC semi-final on 20 June.
The All-Ireland winning skipper will be named on the bench following a nine-month absence through injury.
Stand-in skipper Brian Dooher could also make a comeback after missing the game against Fermanagh with injury.
Kevin Hughes has not trained over the last 10 days because of a hamstring twinge but he should be available.
"Peter Canavan will not be starting, but he will definitely be on the bench,'' said Harte.
Canavan has not played for the county since leading the Red Hands to a first ever Sam Maguire Cup triumph last September.
Canavan had surgery for a problematic ankle last February and returned to full training in May.
The decision on Dooher will be left until later this week, but it is likely he will be in the starting line up.
''Ultimately the final decision will be with the doctor and physio,'' said Harte.
''They will give the final go ahead. Unless it is safe for him to play, he won't. But again, I think he will make the bench regardless.''
Also back into contention for a starting place will be Ger Cavlan, and Colm McCullagh who has also recovered for a back injury.
Donegal will be without injured former Allstar defender Kevin Cassidy but Brian McEniff is not thought to have any other major injury worries.
