Killyclogher won the Tyrone Football Championship for the first time by beating holders Errigal Ciaran at Healy Park.

It was sweet revenge for Peter McGinnity's men as they had been beaten in the 2002 decider by Errigal Ciaran who went on to lift the Ulster title.

Killyclogher built up a good lead early on only for Errigal to draw level in the second half.

But Killyclogher, despite having a man sent-off, scored the last two points to claim a famous victory.

Leo Meenan scored the first goal for Killyclogher in the fourth minute, fisting the ball over Errigal keeper John Devine.

Then a mistake by Tyrone county keeper Devine gifted Dan McIlroy a second goal for Killyclogher.

At half-time Killyclogher lead 2-03 to 0-04, with all of Errigal's four points coming from Eoin Gormley.

Pascal Canavan grabbed a second half goal for Errigal who then added three points to get on level terms.

Despite having Meenan dismissed for picking up two yellow cards, Killyclogher got the last two points through Ciaran Carlin and late substitute Peter O'Kane.

The victory was a personal triumph for Killyclogher boss Peter McGinnity.

However, McGinnity will not attend the Ulster Club First round game against either Crossmaglen or Dromintee because he will be in Australia with the Irish International Rules squad.

Dromintee 1-15 Pearse Og 1-09
Armagh Harps 0-8 Crossmaglen Rangers 0-12

Dromintee are into the final of the Armagh club football championship for the third year on the trot after a six-point victory over Pearse Og at Ballymacrab.

They will again be up against champions Crossmaglen Rangers in the decider.

"It is a great achievement to be back in the final. We came so close last year against Crossmaglen Rangers," said Dromintee's former county star Cathal O'Rourke.

"Crossmaglen's experience told last time but we are pleased to get another crack."

Rangers did not produce a vintage display in their game at Newtownhamilton but they were still too strong for the city club.

Right corner forward Michael McNamee scored four points and there was an eye-catching performance from young Aaron Kernan, son of Armagh county manager Joe.

Crossmaglen will be aiming for the eighth successive Armagh title.

Four Masters 0-8 Castleblaney 0-8

Castleblaney snatched a draw against Four Masters of Donegal at Ballybofey.

The Masters came from 0-4 to 0-1 behind in the early stages to score seven unanswered points and lead by four.

But then Castleblayney, who went 36 minutes without scoring, hit four points to deny the Donegal champions victory.
