Peter Canavan hit seven points for Tyrone at Casement Park |
Tyrone boss Mickey Harte was pleased by his team's facile win over Antrim in Sunday's Ulster semi-final but acknowledged that errant shooting was a concern.
The Red Hands hit 18 wides but still had plenty in hand against the outclassed Saffrons.
"We're in the Ulster final and that was our first target at the start of the year," said Harte.
"You have to give credit to Antrim and the game wasn't really over until Owen Mulligan got the goal near the end.
"But we missed a lot of chances which would have put the game out of sight a lot earlier".
Harte described Gerard Cavlan's display as "tremendous" but also paid tribute to Kevin Hughes' efforts in midfield.
"For a team that had no midfielders, suddenly we have at least four," laughed Harte, clearly referring to long-standing criticism of the Tyrone centrefield.
"There was a job to be done today. Reaching the Ulster final was all we could do today and we achieved that".

Ahead of the Ulster decider, Harte expressed respect for both Fermanagh and Down who clash in next weekend's second provincial semi-final.
The one blow for Tyrone was the ankle injury sustained by Stephen O'Neill.
Harte said it was not yet clear how bad the injury was.
"There is a month for him to recover and hopefully he will be fit for the Ulster final".
Peter Canavan said the game had been a "potential banana skin".
"We were expected to win and those games can be difficult," said the Tyrone captain.
Despite the win, Canavan agreed that there would be room for improvement in the Ulster decider on 13 July.
"Mickey was able to tell us at half-time that out of 22 first half shots, that we had 11 wides.
Antrim in qualifiers
"That's not a great ratio so we'll have to work on that".
Antrim boss PJ O'Hare said his team's troubles had stemmed from an inability to compete at midfield.
"That was actually the one place where we were pinning out hopes," said O'Hare.
"We played second fiddle throughout. We tried everything to change things but it just wasn't to be.
"We'll learn a lot from this today though as playing against quality teams can only be helpful.
"We'll regroup for our qualifier next weekend".
