Marcus Gronholm is poised to sign a new deal with Peugeot. The two-time world rally champion had considered quitting at the end of last season but he is now set to extend his career by at least another year.
"I am very close to signing with Peugeot for another year but we will see," the 35-year-old confirmed.
Gronholm won three rallies last year but missed out on another title because of individual errors and problems with his 206.
