Diamond jubilee line-up completed

Leigh Adams will come face-to-face with world champion Nicki Pedersen

World champion Nicki Pedersen will head an impressive line-up in a meeting to celebrate 60 years of Swindon Speedway.

The Robins first took to the track in 1949, and there has been action at the Abbey Stadium ever since.

To celebrate, the club will open the new season with a star-studded individual meeting on Sunday, 15 March.

Robins co-owner Gary Patchett said: "It's a mouthwatering line-up, we're looking forward to celebrating our 60th birthday in style with a big crowd."

The full line-up for the meeting is: Leigh Adams, Nicki Pedersen, Simon Stead, Jurica Pavlic, Troy Batchelor, Antonio Lindback, Mads Korneliussen, Lee Richardson, Charlie Gjedde, Kenneth Bjerre, Niels Kritsian Iversen, Jarek Hampel, Emil Sajfutdinov, Chris Holder, Chris Harris, Krzystof Kasprzak.

Ticket prices for the anniversary celebration have been set at �20 for adults, �15 for concessions, �8 for children aged 11-15 and under-11s go free.
