Lindgren finished as top scorer again for Wolves |
Wolves manager Peter Adams was able to take the positives out of Monday night's 49-41 defeat at Belle Vue. Despite an encouraging performance from new signing Morten Risager, Wolves remain bottom of the Elite League. Risager helped to bring the scores level in heat eight but successive maximums in heats nine and 10 saw Belle Vue pull away. Adams said: "Morten Risager was impressive, Nicolai Klindt looked good and David Howe was back on the pace." "David has invested in new machinery and people must remember he's still carrying a foot injury as well, " he added. Skipper Freddie Lindgren was Wolves' top scorer with 13 points, Risager scored 8, Jesper B Monberg 7+2, Klindt 7+1, Howe 4+1 and Chris Neath 2.
