Adams was the star on a disappointing night for Swindon |
Swindon's hopes of finishing in the top two of the Elite League now look slim after Monday's defeat by Peterborough. The Robins lost away at the league's bottom team by 52 points to 41. Swindon captain Leigh Adams scored 17 points but Mads Korneliussen crashed out in heat 3, sustaining concussion but no broken bones. Swindon's two remaining fixtures in the regular season are at the Abbey Stadium against Wolverhampton on Thursday and away at Coventry on Friday.
