Birmingham Brummies will hand a debut to new recruit Tomasz Piszcz in their Premier League meeting with Stoke Potters on Wednesday. Piszcz has signed for the rest of the season and is one of three new faces at Perry Barr following the arrival of Jay Herne and James Cockle. "Tomasz is a rider of great quality and I'm confident he can do a job for us," Brummies boss Graham Drury said. "He always gives 100 per cent and will fit in nicely." Drury added he is also excited about signing Herne and Cockle. "I've been impressed with Jay's efforts and his determination to make it as a professional. He was keen to come to Birmingham and, if it works out, we will look towards buying his contract. "James needs a good run. If he can stay clear of injury, I feel he can do a steady job for us in an important position."
