Brummies forced to rely on guests

Birmingham Brummies
Brummies are still without three regulars through injury

Mark Burrows and Jason King will guest for Birmingham Brummies when Somerset visit Perry Barr in the Premier League on Wednesday.

The duo will take over the rides of injured trio Kyle Legault, Phil Morris and James Birkinshaw.

"We're under the cosh all the time because of our injury problems," said Brummies manager Graham Drury.

"We need plenty of support from our great fans. Somerset are a good side, and they have a nice balance."

Drury is looking for a long-term replacement for Legault (broken leg), but is also likely to be without Morris (ribs and punctured lung) and Birkinshaw (collarbone) for some time.
