Phil Morris has left Reading to join Birmingham, after 16 years with the Berkshire club. Morris enjoyed a successful spell with the Brummies on loan at the end of last season and joins Jason Lyons, Kyle Legault and Adam Roynon in 2008.
Morris said: "I can't wait for the season to start.
"I have invested heavily in my equipment and my aim is to help Birmingham Speedway become the best team in the Premier League."
