| Ambitious plans to revive the famous old Cradley Heathens could be about to take a step forward. A new on-line petition has been launched for speedway fans everywhere to sign and the party behind the project want talks with Dudley Council. "We are looking to progress with a planning application for a new site," said spokesman Bob Edwards. "Supporters can show their backing at www.cradleyspeedway.co.uk with the petition," he added.
