Priest suffered multiple injuries in a crash at Loomer Road during the Spitfires' Conference League clash with Scunthorpe in early July.

He said: "I had a big operation last week which was a success and the medical staff decided that I was good enough to go home.

"It has given me a boost and I'm determined to beat my injuries."
