Priest in hospital after accident | | Stoke Spitfires captain Luke Priest was taken to hospital with possible multiple injuries after an horrific crash on Wednesday. The accident took place in heat xix of Stoke's Conference League clash with Scunthorpe and resulted in an 80-minute delay whilst Priest was attended to. Spitfires boss John Adams could only sympathise with the unfortunate rider. "The lad was obviously in a lot of pain and we only hope he recovers as quickly as possible," said Adams.
