| Wolverhampton have announced their second winter signing, the young German rider Christian Hefenbrock. The 20-year-old was the youngest man to compete at the World Cup Finals in 2003 and finished as runner-up in this year's German championship. "He is only interested in competing at the highest level," said Wolverhampton promoter Chris Van Staaten. "We're delighted to have added him to our team next season, particularly as several other clubs came in for him."
