Ben Wilson finished third in the British Supersport Championship in 2010

Boston's Ben Wilson has re-signed for the Gearlink Kawasaki team, meaning he will compete in the British Supersport championship for a third season.

Wilson won two races in 2010 as he finished third in the championship.

He said: "I'm delighted to have been asked to ride again. I did have several offers but I've been really happy and have brought home some good results."

The team hope to name a second rider in the next few weeks, ahead of the season start at Brands Hatch in April 2011.

Team owner and manager Michael de Bidaph said: "Ben and I had spoken but we weren't the only team who wanted him so I'm delighted we have a contract in place.

"The 2011 season will be our most important to date as we are in a strong position to challenge for the championship."
