Dunlop treble at Scarborough

William Dunlop was a treble winner at Scarborough

William Dunlop took a treble at the Scarborough Gold Cup races, adding a 250cc success on Sunday to his wins in the 600cc and 250 races on Saturday.

Guy Martin won all three Superbike events, including the feature race from Ryan Farquhar with Michael Dunlop next.

Ian Lougher, William Dunlop and Michael Pearson completed the top six.

John McGuinness won the second of the 600 races while Lougher was the winner of all three 125 events with Chris Palmer second on all three occasions.

William Dunlop beat McGuinness, Martin and Farquhar in Saturday's 600 race and led home Lougher, McGuinness and Palmer in the 250 event.

Michael Dunlop and Davy Morgan made up the top six in that race.

Martin saw off Farquhar and Lougher in the first Superbike race and Lougher won the 125 with William Dunlop third.

Palmer was second and Michael Dunlop fourth in that opening 125cc event.

Ian Hutchinson, Michael Dunlop and Michael Pearson completed the top six in Superbike race one.

On Sunday, Martin came home ahead of Farquhar and Hutchinson in the Superbike race while Lougher saw off Palmer and Michael Dunlop in the 125s.

McGuinness took the flag in the 600s from Lougher, Farquhar, Martin and race one winner William Dunlop but Dunlop came out on top ahead of Lougher and McGuinness in the 250.
