Ryan Farquhar in action at the Isle of Man TT |
Isle of Man TT podium finishers Adrian Archibald and Ryan Farquhar are set to compete at the Donnelly Group Bush road race meeting on Saturday 21 June. Neither have competed at the races before and Farquhar's participation this year will depend on the timing of the arrival of his second child. Archibald has entered the Superbike races and the 600cc classes. Michael Dunlop will not ride at the races after a disagreement over entry fees with the Dungannon Club. Among the other top competitors who will take part are John Burrows, Paul Cranston, Victor Gilmore, Davy Morgan, Adrian McFarland, Ivan Lintin, Trevor Ferguson, Roger Maher and Damien Mulleady. The 250cc race looks set to be a close affair with Farquhar, Barry Davidson, McFarland, Ian Morrell, Morgan, Burrows, Lintin and Andrew Neill all in the mix. The race programme comprises nine events, including two Superbike races, a Supersport outing, two Classic events, two Support races, a 250cc event and a 125cc/400 race. Practice takes place on Friday 20 June, with roads closed between 1600 BST and 1930 while, on race day, roads will be closed from 1000 BST to 1830.
