Les Shand is doubtful for the North West 200 after suffering internal bruising, concussion and a broken collarbone in a crash at Silverstone. The Scot was competing in the British Superstock event on Sunday when he crashed on the approach to a chicane.
Shand finished second in the one of the Supersport events at last year's North West 200 aboard a Uel Duncan Honda.
"I'll travel over and if I can race, great, if not, I'll concentrate on getting fit for the TT," said Shand.
"I really want to be out on the grid at the North West 200 but it's only eight days away so we'll just have to wait and see.
"The collarbone isn't too much of a problem but because I was unconscious for a long time, I might not be allowed to race on medical grounds," he added.
