Crockard on the pace in Cornwall |  Gordon Crockard has made an impressive start in the championship |
Gordon Crockard took second and third places in the second round of the British motocross championship in Cornwall on Sunday. The Newtownards rider was third in qualifying and third in the first race which was won by Ken De Dycker with Billy MacKenzie second. Crockard was runner-up to Dycker, who extended his lead in the series, in the second race. Ballyclare's Martin Barr was ninth and tenth in the two MX2 events.
