Two German champions are to take part in the North West 200 for the first time on Saturday 12 May. Silvio Marsz, a 125cc German champion who has also featured on the grand prix circuit, and Erik Lucas, a former 250cc champion, will be on the grid.
Their addition adds further to the international flavour of the event which attracts entries from across the world.
This year's event will be covered extensively by the BBC.
