Raymond Porter is a former North West 200 winner |
Donegal rider Raymond Porter has signed to ride for the Cookstown based McAdoo Kawasaki Racing team in 2007. Porter is set to compete at the North West 200, Isle of Man TT, Ulster Grand Prix and other selected road races.
The Lifford man is still overcoming a serious knee injury sustained at the Killalane road races in September but hopes to be fit for the new season.
McAdoo Racing had lost the services of Yorkshire rider Ian Hutchinson, who has moved to the HM Plant Honda team.
Hutchinson was a winner at the North West 200, performed well at the Isle of Man TT and set a new course record for the Dundrod circuit in August.
