Crockard off the pace in Sun City |  Crockard has been hampered by injury in recent seasons |
Gordon Crockard finished well down the field in both races at the Motocross Grand Prix of South Africa in Sun City on Sunday. The Newtownards rider took 15th place in race one and improved to secure 11th in race two in the MX1 class. Crockard had shown improved form by finishing fourth and seventh in the last round of the series in Sweden. Stefan Everts was a double winner in South Africa with Josh Coppins second and Steve Ramon third in both races.
