NI contingent Southern 100 bound
Dromore-based Ian Lougher
Ian Lougher is the reigning solo champion
A large contingent of Northern Ireland riders are bound for the Southern 100 road races in Castletown on the Isle of Man next week.

Robert Dunlop, Darran Lindsay, Victor Gilmore and John Burrows are among the riders who have entered the event.

Michael Dunlop will make his circuit debut with Barry Davidson, John Donnan and Paul Cranston also set to start.

Ian Lougher, Martin Finnegan, Guy Martin and Cameron Donald will provide strong opposition for the Irish group.

Fifteen races for solos and sidecars will be run during the meeting which runs from Monday 10 July to Thursday 13 July.
