Rea on front row for Croft races

Toomebridge rider Michael Laverty qualified in eighth place

Larne teenager Jonathan Rea is third on the grid for Sunday's sixth round of the British Superbike Championship at Croft in Scotland.

The 18-year-old claimed pole position in the last round at Mondello Park on his Red Bull Honda.

Michael Laverty was next best of the local riders in Saturday's qualifying with eighth place while Michael Nutt was 18th and John Laverty 22nd.

Ballymoney's William Dunlop qualified 23rd in the 125cc event.
