John McGuinness is to ride the Hawk Kawasaki on which he competes in the British Superbike Championship at the Ulster Grand Prix on 21 August. The Morecambe rider will be making his second appearance at the Dundrod circuit. He made his debut last year.
"This is the first time that a works Kawasaki team has competed at the Ulster Grand Prix," confirmed Leslie Moore of the organising Dundrod club.
McGuinness won three races at this year's Isle of Man TT races.
Moore also confirmed that Yamaha rider Jason Griffiths had signed up to compete at the event.
