| McWilliams seventh in Germany ![]() McWilliams was suffering from a broken collar bone Jeremy McWilliams finished in the same position he started from at the grid in Sunday's German MotoGP at the Sachsenring. World champion and championship leader Valentino Rossi of Italy won the race from fellow Italian Max Biaggi in second and Japan's Tohru Ukawa in third. McWilliams, who suffered a broken collar bone at Donington, finished 15.438 seconds behind the winner and just ahead of his Proton KR team-mate Nobuatsu Aoki in eighth. The seventh place finish gives the Glengormley rider some very valuable championship points. It was an eighth Grand Prix win out of nine races for Repsol Honda rider Rossi. But it took a dramatic crash between Yahama front-runners Alex Barros of Brazil and France's Olivier Jacque in the 28th lap to give the 23-year-old his chance. Triumphant meeting Meanwhile, Darran Lindsay was the man of the moment at the Kells Road races in Co Meath on Sunday. The Lisburn rider won four of the five races he took part in, with Enniskillen's Richard Britton the only man to beat him. Lindsay took the 250 race from Darren Burns and both the 125 events, with Mark Curtain coming second in each. He crowned a triumphant meeting by riding to victory in the Supersport 600 honours, ahead of Britton in second. But Britton got his revenge in the Grand Final, claiming victory with Lindsay finishing third.
