Suzi Perry presents the BBC coverage

On Saturday, Charlie and Steve commentate for the host broadcaster whilst Suzi finishes shooting the preview.

Then it's Superpole and a quick report for Grandstand before heading back to the hotel to look at the day's rushes.

Sunday is race day and we get to the track very early to avoid the crowds.

The filming rushes are sent back to London to make the top of the programme and Suzi plans her grid walks.

The grid walk is probably the best part of the weekend as you can feel the excitement.

But it is also the most chaotic with teams, TV crews and umbrella girls all falling over each other and we only have about five minutes to make sure we get it right.

Then the lights go green and its non-stop action until the chequered flag.

Suzi acts as a pitlane reporter during the race, giving Charlie and Steve information from the garages before she interviews the riders at the end of the race.

There have been some silly moments - like the time we found a beautiful church in Imola to film a link with Suzi.

All she had to do was stand at the top of the steps.

We had everything set up ready to go and she was standing in front of these huge doors when they opened to reveal a bride and groom walking down the aisle towards her!

Steve Parrish is a huge practical joker and you have to be very careful when he's around as you never sure what's going to happen.

Especially as he's the UK importer for remote-controlled fart machines!

It's a busy weekend and a real team effort but huge fun, too.
