Renault chairman Gerard Lopez is unconcerned by suggestions that the new black and gold look of his cars could fall foul of a ban on tobacco advertising. The team, which is backed by road car manufacturer Group Lotus, has adopted the same colours that Lotus used in the 1970s and 80s when linked to a British cigarette brand.
