Former Renault team boss Flavio Briatore thinks Michael Schumacher's return to Formula 1 with Mercedes was a mistake, adding that the German is too old to compete with younger drivers such as 25-year-old team-mate Nico Rosberg. "At 41, you simply cannot keep up with Rosberg and all the other guys," said Briatore.
