Stefano Domenicali pleads for Ferrari 'to stay calm'

With two drivers, Fernando Alonso and Felipe Massa, qualifying in the top three, Ferrari F1 boss Stefano Domenicali says the team have taken an "important step forward" ahead of the German Grand Prix.
