McLaren's Lewis Hamilton is set for an emotional reunion with his father Anthony at this weekend's British Grand Prix. Hamilton's father had been his manager until the start of this season.

Indian driver Karun Chandhok has admitted he faces a battle to hold on to his berth at Hispania Racing. He says Indian backers are not committing themselves, and the team might be forced to look to a driver who can raise more money through sponsorship.

Lotus have confirmed Malaysian test driver Fairuz Fauzy will have four more practice sessions with the team this year. Team boss Tony Fernandes described him as a "real asset".

Red Bull boss Dietrich Mateschitz told Austrian newspaper Salzburger Nachrichten he is still confident that one of his drivers will win the Formula 1 title.

Virgin driver Timo Glock has joined the chorus of disapproval over plans to introduce a rear wing that would increase a car's ability to overtake. He told Swiss publication Motorsport Aktuell it would be "highly dangerous".
