Ferrari team principal Stefano Domenicali has admitted the team's poor performance last year was "painful" - but, luckily for Domenicali, his boss could draw on personal experience of a similar position. Back in 1974 Enzo Ferrari put current Ferrari president Luca di Montezemolo, then aged 26, in charge of a team whose morale was on the floor. By the end of the following year they and Niki Lauda, their number one driver, were celebrating victory in the championship.
