The manager of Jose Maria Lopez, who had hoped to race for US F1 this season, claims that team chief Ken Anderson is the main culprit in the team's failure to compete. Felipe McGough also said that Lopez will be the reserve driver for the new Hispania team, and that US F1 had also signed Serbian Formula Two racer Milos Pavlovic.
