Tickets for Silverstone sell out
Formula One cars prepare for the start of the 2004 British Grand Prix
Silverstone has a deal to host the F1 race until 2009
The British Grand Prix has sold out with 100,000 people buying tickets for the Fomula One race on 10 July.

The race at Silverstone, which was in jeopardy until a five-year deal sealed in December, was also sold out in 2004.

"We are delighted F1 fans have once again shown such overwhelming support," said Silverstone managing director Richard Phillips.

"A sell-out crowd is exactly what Silverstone, F1 and, more importantly, the fans deserve."
