 Panis retired from racing at the end of last season |
Olivier Panis will drive Toyota's third car in Friday testing for the French Grand Prix in July. Following his retirement from racing last season there are no French drivers on the grid.
"It would be a big shame to go through the entire race weekend without any French drivers," said Panis, who is now a Toyota test driver.
"I hope it will be fun for everybody, productive for the team and I hope to enjoy myself."
