Williams driver Nick Heidfeld will miss Sunday's Italian Grand Prix after suffering headaches following a crash in testing last week. He had similar problems at the time of the incident, and when they returned during practice on Friday, he pulled out of Sunday's race on medical advice.
Test driver Antonio Pizzonia, who has raced in 15 Grands Prix, replaces him.
It will be third consecutive Italian Grand Prix where one of Williams' first-choice drivers has been absent.
Two years ago Ralf Schumacher was involved in a similar testing crash, and last year he was ruled out as he recovered from an accident at the US Grand Prix.
