Juan-Pablo Montoya has warned Jenson Button that Takuma Sato has a strong chance of beating the Briton to claim BAR's first Grand Prix victory. The Colombian said: "Jenson is doing a very good job but Takuma has come along really well in the last few races.
"It wouldn't surprise me if Takuma wins a race before Jenson. I think he's a guy who's starting to find his limits."
Button currently lies in third place in the drivers' championship ahead of this Sunday's Canadian Grand Prix.
Sato will be hoping for a turnaround in fortunes in Canada after suffering engine blow-outs in each of the last two races while in contention for podium finishes.
"I think I have just been unlucky and hopefully the Nurburgring will be the last failure for me," said Sato. "Because we had a few problems in the last few races we are looking more at reliability for this race.
"We probably won't have the great power we'd hoped for, but I believe reliability is going to be a lot better than in the last few races."
