Lap 62: Michael Schumacher completes his final lap for the 74th victory of his career after yet another dominating display.
Lap 59: Alonso is giving it a real go in a bid to take third place off Montoya but is quickly running out of laps.
Lap 57: Sato's race is over when the engine on his BAR blows up. His failure means that Raikkonen moves up into a points-scoring position after starting at the back of the grid.
Lap 56: The battle for fifth is hotting up, with Barrichello pushing Trulli hard.
Lap 55: Michael Schumacher holds a 25-second lead over Button with just seven laps remaining. Victory is the world champion's barring a major setback.

Lap 37: Schumacher has eased his lead out to nearly 18 seconds over Button, who is 19 seconds ahead of Montoya's Williams. Ralf Schumacher is comfortable in fourth, while Trulli is struggling to hold off Barrichello and Alonso for fifth.
Lap 33: Schumacher pulls out a second on Button to increase his lead to 15.1secs. Trulli has Barrichello and Alonso right behind him in fifth place as Ralf Schumacher extends his lead over the Renault to nine seconds.
Lap 32: Schumacher's lead is down from 17 seconds to 14 seconds over Button.
Lap 31: Trulli pits and loses a place to Ralf Schumacher, who moves up to fourth.

Lap seven: Da Matta and Massa are the first drivers to pit in the Toyota and Sauber as Jordan's Giorgio Pantano retires from the race after running wide at Aque Minerali.
Lap six: Button looks relatively comfortable in the lead, even though Schumacher is now just 0.7secs behind the BAR.
Lap five: Button and Schumacher are streaking away from the rest. Montoya is 5.1secs behind them, with Sato the same distance behind the Williams holding up everyone down to 10th place.
Lap four: Schumacher is less than a second behind Button as the two extend the gap over Montoya to 4.1secs.
Lap three: Schumacher closes the gap to Button to 1.4secs, with Montoya three seconds behind the Ferrari. The first three are braking away as Sato in the second BAR holds up the rest.
Lap two: Button is 2.1secs ahead of Schumacher, with the recovering Montoya 1.7secs behind.
Lap one: Button and Schumacher both make good starts and hold position. Montoya makes a poor start but recovers to challenge Schumacher at Villeneuve.
Schumacher pushes Montoya off the road at the exit of Tosa holding on to the racing line, but the Colombian holds on to third, and defends hard from Ralf Schumacher up the hill to Piratella, pushing Ralf on to the grass.

British driver Jenson Button starts the race from the first pole position of his career, having become the first man to outpace world champion Michael Schumacher in qualifying this season.
Schumacher has won all three of this year's races so far in his Ferrari.
This year's race is the 10th anniversary of the death of the great Ayrton Senna, and earlier on Sunday, Senna's former team-mate and close friend Gerhard Berger drove the Brazilian's 1985 Lotus around the track in his honour.
Senna's sister Viviane is at Imola to highlight the work of the Ayrton Senna Foundation, which helps disadvantaged children in his native Brazil. Senna and F1 novice Roland Ratzenberger were killed at the San Marino Grand Prix on consecutive days in 1994.
