Button and team-mate Takuma Sato completed 373 laps during their stay at Barcelona's Circuit de Catalunya and resume testing next Tuesday in Jerez.

"We had consistent long runs and the tyres we used were promising as well," said Button.

"Now we need to focus on getting more mileage under our belts before the first race in Melbourne."
