Simon Stead was unbeaten as Swindon overcame Belle Vue

Swindon Robins made it back-to-back victories in the Elite League as they beat Belle Vue Aces 57-38 at the Abbey Stadium.

Simon Stead returned a perfect 15-point score. He told BBC Wiltshire: "It's the rewards for a lot of hard work from me, my Dad and my team.

"We weren't satisfied with the start of the season," he said.

"But now I couldn't be more happy. Tonight everything came together well. It felt like I had speed again."
