Elite League champions Wolverhampton have made Australian Ty Proctor their first signing for the 2010 season.

Proctor played a part in the club's title-winning season while doubling-up with Premier League Redcar, but will now be with Wolves full time.

He told the club website: "I'm heading back to Australia knowing exactly what I'm doing in 2010.

"I'm really pleased to be back with Wolverhampton next year. It was always where I wanted to be."

He added: "I've had a great time at Redcar but the time feels right to make that next step.

"I'm very ambitious and want to go as far as I can in the sport and I'll be giving it my full effort next year."
