Planning permission has been granted for a �250,000 extension to the Oxford and Cherwell Valley College's Performance Engineering Centre.

The college in Bicester plans to use the new building to teach engineering skills specific to motorsport.

Sally Dicketts, OCVC principal said: "We're confident we will create a high-quality learning environment.

"We'll be working closely with local motorsport employers, including Honda Racing and Prodrive."

Located in the heart of 'motorsports valley' the OCVC Performance Engineering Centre is a dedicated motorsports centre.
