Marilyn Robilliard benefited from a collision

Ozzy Ozanne carried on his winning streak as he claimed victory in the first of four Autocross Summer Championship meetings on Sunday.

Ozanne's Honda was pursued by Martyn Lowe and his Asbo teamate, Leeroy.

The winner appeared to slow in the last lap and Ozanne reported after the race that the engine was "not well".

The team championships were unchanged as ASBO's scored an extra 21 points compared to Starfish Patrollers 16 and A Team and Fast 'N' Formula with 14.

In the women's race Marilyn Robilliard benefited from a collision between leader Rosy Harding and second-placed Rachel Bihet while both were passing a lapped car.

Bihet eventually came home second with Michelle Bougourd in third.

Dean Leaver was unable to take part in the reverse track race due to gearbox problems.

But with Callum Queripel winning and Trevor Breton failing to score, Leaver was crowned champion with an unassailable lead of 14 points.

Justin Robilliard was a surprised second and learner driver Nathan Pinchemain third.
