Hereford's Damian Cole will continue his defence of the Welsh National Rally Championship on Saturday when he competes in the Red Dragon Rally.
He starts in the field of 52 competitors as second seed with along with co-driver Den Golding.
The event consists of more than 40 stage miles using some of the most famous special stages in the world in Rheola and Resolven Forests.
Cole is the only driver to win both the Welsh Tarmac and Gravel titles.
