Olivier Pla eased to victory in the second GP2 race at the German Grand Prix for his first win of the season. The Frenchman took the flag from pole with Italy's Giorgio Pantano second.
Finn Nico Rosberg made up ground on countryman Heikki Kovalainen in the championship with a win and a fourth, while Kovalainen was fifth and sixth.
Fellow title contender Scott Speed took a fourth and a third, while Ulsterman Adam Carroll slipped further off the pace after a withdrawal and an 11th.
