Turkington was on a poor run of form going into the weekend |
Northern Ireland's Colin Turkington and his Vauxhaul team-mate Yvan Muller dominated the early British Touring Car Championship action at Croft on Sunday. Turkington won race one from pole position ahead of Muller, with chmapionship leader Matt Neal in third.
Muller then took the honours in race two ahead of Turkington, while Honda's Tom Chilton took the other podium spot.
But Dan Eves led home Halford team-mate Neal in race three, while SEAT Sport UK driver Jason Plato finished third.
But Turkington and Muller could only manage seventh and eighth respectively in the final contest of the day.
