Northern Ireland's Adam Carroll has a chance to impress Formula One team bosses after signing to race in this season's inaugural GP2 series. Carroll, who was runner-up last season behind Nelson Piquet Jr in British Formula Three, has signed with the experienced Super Nova squad.
The series runs alongside Formula One at all European Grands Prix, with the first round at Imola later this month.
Carroll, 22, tested a BAR Formula One car earlier this year.
