Liuzzi romps to another win
| | Italian Vitantonio Liuzzi romped to his fifth victory in six races in the Silverstone round of the FIA Formula 3000 International Championship. Liuzzi beat his compatriot Enrico Toccacelo and the Czech some-time Formula One driver Tomas Enge. The victory, by just over a second, extends his championship lead to 22 points over Italian Raffaele Giammaria, who was sixth at Silverstone. Argentine Jose Maria Lopez was fourth and Austrian Patrick Friesacher fifth.
