McLaren boss admits errors
|  McLaren have only scored four points this season | A senior figure in the McLaren-Mercedes team has admitted they were too ambitious with their new car. Mercedes motorsport vice-president Norbert Haug told Stern magazine: "Yes, we made mistakes. We have problems with the whole package. "We wanted to take a giant development and perhaps it was too big." McLaren have only scored four points after three races of the 2004 season and lead driver Kimi Raikkonen has yet to finish a Grand Prix.
